Kindness is an interpersonal artistry. Practicing relational kindness is powerful because it encourages acceptance and empathy amongst people.
Kindness is imperative for survival. The world's population has billions of humans and biotic factors. If we neglect coridality it is difficult to maintain a prosperous future with others. Biologically, we are all programmed to be caring and altruistic... but how often do we really show it?
Consider the following:
A young female, Linda, had just moved to a foreign country which came with a language barrier. Certainly, she had limited knowledge of her new
location and desperately was in need of guidance. She found a folk and attempted to speak in English to ask how to get to a specific area.
This folk, Alex, fortunately speaks Linda's language! He then spent hours making sure Linda understood the area and felt comfortable going
to places. Alex understands that moving to a new place can be frightful, thus he voluntarily assisted Linda for as long as she needed.
Linda has been living in the country for 9 years and still remembers Alex's kindness. Alex's efforts and kindness may have felt
insignificant to him at the time, but unforgettable to Linda.
